There are many reasons to schedule a lactation visit including: prenatal education, pain while breastfeeding or pumping, feeding difficulties, breast refusal, milk supply concerns, weight gain concerns, plugged ducts and mastitis. If you have any questions during your breastfeeding journey, don’t hesitate to make an appointment. I am here to support you!

You and your baby! Feel free to bring your breast pump along with any other breastfeeding supplies you are using at home.

Yes! I offer in-home, virtual or in-clinic (located in Mokena) appointments.
There is a $30 travel fee that insurance will not cover for all in-home appointments.

Our classes and support groups are held at the Mama & Me Lactation clinic located at 11225 Front Street, Unit 18, Mokena, IL 60448

Classes, support groups, consultations and nutrition appointments are all scheduled for 60-minutes. Weight Check appointments are 10-minutes.
